Mar 15, 2010: Wednesday! Wednesday! WEDNESDAY!

Hey FnB’ers, Nick Poole here. As some of you know we’re trying to expand food not bombs to Wednesdays at Paradise Park. This week we’ll be having a rehearsal of sorts in the form of a picnic for ourselves as a meeting to work out logistics. For anyone who would just like to come to the meeting and eat, excellent! We’d love to have you. We’ll be at Paradise Park (on McLeod between Trop and Harmon) this Wednesday, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Anyone who wants to help prepare the food can come by my house between 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM Wednesday morning.

I’m going to be going out on a dumpster mission tomorrow (Tuesday) night to collect food. If you’d like to come with and help out, great!  All skill levels are welcome. It’s guaranteed to be a marvelously sticky treasure hunt. If swimming in garbage isn’t your thing, but you’d still like to help out, there’s plenty of room for that too.

If you have any questions, you want to help out, or you’re just feeling lonely, you can reach me at 702-358-2898.

Solidarity and all that,

Nick Poole
